Sell Your Office Pods to Installify
Most pods that come out of an office go into a skip, and that’s a waste of a five-figure piece of kit. We do it differently. Tell us what you have – brand, model, quantity, condition – and we’ll come back with one of three options: a buy-back price, a free or low-cost take-away if it’s beyond resale, or a listing on prelovedofficepods.co.uk where we sell it on your behalf.
Whichever route suits, our own crews dismantle and remove the pods. They’re factory-trained on Framery, Cell Pod, Kolo, Milli, HushFree, Focus and most other ranges, so the panels, glass and electrics come out the way the manufacturer intended – and the pod is still worth something at the other end.
How Pod Buy-Back Works
No site visit needed for a valuation, and no waiting weeks for an answer. Four steps.
1. Tell us what you have
Fill in the form below with the brand, model, number of pods and a link to a few photos. A rough age, and whether the pod is still powered up, helps us price it accurately.
2. We make an offer
Within two working days you’ll have a buy-back price, a take-away quote, or a proposal to list the pod on Preloved Office Pods for resale – with a recommendation on which makes most sense for you.
3. We dismantle and collect
Our fitters come to site, isolate the electrics, dismantle the unit panel by panel and load it. Evening and weekend slots are available so your office isn’t disrupted.
4. You get paid, or the space back
Buy-backs are paid on collection. Resale pods go to our Leyton warehouse to be cleaned, tested and listed, and you’re paid when they sell.
Buying a Second-Hand Office Pod
A good second-hand pod does the same job as a new one at a fraction of the cost – and it’s available now, not on a twelve-week lead time. Every pod we sell through Preloved Office Pods has been through our workshop first: panels checked, glass inspected, ventilation and lighting tested, electrics PAT tested. Phone booths, one-person work pods, four-to-six-person meeting pods and nap pods, from the brands you’d see in a new-pod showroom.
Because Installify delivers and installs the pod, you’re not left with a pallet in reception. We bring it in, build it, connect it and take the packaging away – the same service a new pod gets, without the new-pod invoice.

Single-person call booths from Framery, Kolo, HushFree, Milli and others. The quickest to resell, which means the strongest buy-back prices.
Work Pods
One- and two-person focus pods with a desk and power. Popular with growing teams who need quiet space without a fit-out.
Meeting Pods
Four- to six-person pods and larger. Heavier and more involved to move, which is exactly why they need our crews rather than a general removals firm.
Nap and Wellbeing Pods
Less common, and often hard to shift through the usual channels. We know who’s looking for them.
Pod Removals Done Properly
A pod dragged out by a removals crew who’ve never seen one before is worth scrap. A pod taken apart by people who install them every week is worth money. The difference is in the detail:
- Electrics isolated and disconnected before anything is touched
- Glass panels removed, wrapped and crated separately
- Fixings bagged and labelled by panel, so reassembly is exact
- Ventilation and lighting units protected in transit
- Floor and door protection on the way out of your building
